Polyethylene Pipe used for drinking water and irrigation. It is available in different pressure ratings such as 100 pounds per inch, 125 pounds for per inch and 160 pounds per inch. The higher pressures have a thicker wall.
Most wells run on a pressure switch that maintains pressures of 20-40, 30-50, and 40-60.
Half inch by 100 feet rolls are the only poly pipe that can be UPS and Fed Ex. Most poly must be trucked not due to weight of product by the cubic area it encompasses.
